Seyyedeh Susan Marandi
 

Seyyedeh Susan Marandi is an assistant professor of TEFL at Al-Zahra University in Tehran,Iran. Some of her current interests are computer-assisted language learning (CALL),language assessment,and language research.


Gholam Reza Kiany 
 

Gholam Reza Kiany received his PhD degree from Essex University in the UK. He is currently an associate professor in Tarbiat Modares University. After his years of teaching different courses including research methodology,language testing,and psycholinguistics,he has taken perspectives on CAT,program policy and evaluation as his recent areas of interest. He has authored several English books and EFL-related papers. He has also conducted a number of national ELT research projects in the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education.


Mohammad Reza Hashemi
 

Mohammad Reza Hashemi,Associate professor in Contrastive Linguistics and Translation Studies,teaching at the Department of English Language and Literature,Ferdowsi University of Mashhad,Iran. His main research interests are: Discourse Analysis,Critical Discourse Analysis,Stylistics and Translation Studies. He is Director-in-Charge of the Iranian Journal of Society,Culture and Language. He is also Dean of Samen Institute of Higher Education.


Mojgan Rashtchi
 

Mojgan Rashtchi is Associate professor of Applied Linguistics at Islamic Azad University,North Tehran Branch,Iran. She has published several articles and books on teaching English to children and adults and has participated in different national and international conferences. Her main areas of interest include teaching philosophy for children (P4C) as well as issues of first language acquisition and second language teaching to children and adults.


Reza Ghafar Samar
 

Reza Ghafar Samar is an assistant professor of Sociolinguistics and Applied Linguistics at Tarbiat Modares University. He holds a Ph.D. from University of Ottawa,Canada in Applied-Sociolinguistics,an MA in TEFL from Tarbiat Modares University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Ferdowsi University. He specializes in Sociolinguistics (Variation Theory,Bilingualism,and Language change) and its application in Second/Foreign Language Acquisition. He is the author of numerous books like “Aspects of Second Language Speech: a variationist perspective” published in 2010 and articles appearing as book chapters or in journals such as International Journal of Bilingualism.


Seyyed Ayatollah Razmjoo
 

Seyyed Ayatollah Razmjoo is an associate professor in the Department of Foreign Languages and Linguistics at Shiraz University,Shiraz,Iran. His areas of interest are teaching methodology,research methods and language testing. He has written and published some articles at both ISC and ISI journals and presented papers at both national and international conferences. His famous book is Principles of Language Teaching and Learning.
